Welcome to CricoScore (accessible at https://cricoscore.criconet.com), an online digital cricket scoring, livestreaming, and tournament management platform owned, operated, and managed by Criconet (a brand and business entity of M/s. Selectronic Equipment, hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

The following Terms of Use apply when you view, access, or use CricoScore, its web ticker software, or related services. By accessing or using the Service, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

1. Corporate Affiliation & Parent Company

CricoScore is an integral part and proprietary platform of Criconet (M/s. Selectronic Equipment). All legal rights, governance, intellectual property, infrastructure, and dispute resolution mechanisms of Criconet apply to CricoScore services, tournament operations, and user accounts.

2. Definitions

• "Company" / "Parent Entity": Refers to M/s. Selectronic Equipment and its flagship digital brand Criconet (www.criconet.com).
• "CricoScore Platform": The website https://cricoscore.criconet.com, administrative tools, mobile scoring interfaces, and ticker overlay widgets.
• "User": Any person who accesses or avails any computer resource of CricoScore/Criconet for scoring, publishing, transacting, viewing, or uploading cricket match content.
• "User Account": The registered profile used to manage tournaments, matches, teams, scoring, or streaming credentials.
• "User Codes": Passwords, OTPs, API keys, or access tokens generated for secure interaction with the platform.

3. Account Registration, Accuracy & Security

When you register for CricoScore, an account is generated under the Criconet infrastructure:

• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information and tournament data;
• You authorize Criconet and CricoScore to make inquiries necessary to validate user credentials and tournament sanctioning;
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Codes and passwords;
• Any unauthorized access or loss of credentials must be reported immediately to info@criconet.com.

4. Fair Play, Scoring Integrity & Live Streaming

CricoScore provides broadcast-grade scoring and live overlays. All match officials, scorers, and tournament organizers agree that:

• Match scores, player dismissals, and ball-by-ball statistics entered into CricoScore must reflect authentic on-field play;
• Deliberate falsification of player records, match fixing, or illegal betting-related manipulations is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination, blacklisting, and legal referral;
• Live streams transmitted via CricoScore must not broadcast copyrighted third-party material or inappropriate visual content.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, proprietary algorithms, live ticker overlay designs, trademarks, brand logos, UI themes, and content available on CricoScore are the intellectual property of Criconet (Selectronic Equipment). Users may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any platform component without prior written permission from the Company.

6. Use Restrictions & Termination

Users are expressly prohibited from uploading or transmitting any material that violates Indian law, infringes intellectual property, is defamatory or harmful to minors, contains software viruses, or threatens the integrity, security, or sovereignty of India. Criconet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account or tournament pass that violates these terms.
